IMTBIKE BMW Motorcycle Tours & Rentals offers a selection of BMW motorcycles. The fleet includes models such as the F900XR and R1300GS. While the core offering is BMW, the availability of other brands is not a primary focus for this location. Helmets are provided as part of the rental package, with riders noting their functionality.
The rental terms are clearly defined, with an emphasis on efficient handover. The booking process is described as smooth and responsive. In one instance, a client successfully arranged a swap from a GPS unit to a phone holder via email prior to collection. Bikes are prepared for immediate departure.
The company provides a dedicated point of contact for support during rentals. Issues, such as a chain failure, were addressed promptly, with a tow service dispatched and repairs completed within the hour. This rapid resolution ensured minimal disruption to the rider's journey.
